84th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (JAPAN) – Report

The 84th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (JPN) was held from 5th to 13th September 2020. It was organized by the Japan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Bayat, Shohreh (ENG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Hiebert, Yumiko (JPN).
The Language of the Seminar was in English.
Twelve (12) arbiters from five (5) Federations (CZE, IND, MLT, ZIM and JPN) participated in the Seminar and eleven (11) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
