FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in ANDORRA
From 2 to4 November 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Andorra, by the Andorra Chess Federation, under auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Jesus Mena (ESP), FIDE.
The lectures were in Spanish language.
Eleven (11) Arbiters from Andorra and Spain participated in the Seminar and nine (9) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
