FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Kyiv, Ukraine (March 2021) – Report
From 10th to 14th March 2021, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Kyiv, Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Tovchyga, Oleg (UKR), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Gnyp, Yuriy (UKR).
The language of the Seminar was Russian.
Eleven (11) arbiters from three (3) Federations (ISR, KAZ, and UKR) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
