Obituary for ΙΑ Garcia Ramos, Santiago

With great sadness, the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission was informed that IA Garcia Ramos, Santiago from Mexico passed away on 7th May 2021. The Commission expresses its sincere condolences to his family and to the Mexico Chess Federation.

We will always remember him for his great contribution to the development of the Spanish-speaking arbiters from America through his countless online courses.
