FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Khartoum, SUDAN
From 22 to 27 March 2013 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Khartoum, Sudan, by the Sudan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Hassan Khaled (EGY), Member of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar was the Olympic Center in Khartoum.
The lectures were in Arabic language.
21 Arbiters from Sudan participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded the FIDE Arbiter title of the FIDE Arbiter (according to the article 3.10 of the regulations for the titles of Arbiters) and after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
