26th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in Russian language)
The Yerevan Chess Federation is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 23 to 28 April 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), Arbiters’ Commission Member and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).
The lectures will be in Russian language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
