103rd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Egyptian Chess Federation – Arabic) – Report
The 103rd Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Egyptian Chess Federation – Arabic) was held from 25th to 28th October 2021. It was organized by the Tatweer Chess Academy (T.C.A.) and Egyptian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Abdulrahim, Mahdi (UAE), FIDE Lecturer and Technical Organizer was FA Ali, Obay (SUD).
The Language of the Seminar was Arabic.
Seventeen (17) arbiters from six (6) federations (IRQ, KSA, LBA, MAR, SYR, and EGY) participated in the Seminar, and fifteen (15) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
