FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Orsha (Belarus Chess Federation) – Report

From 2nd to 5th February 2022, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Orsha, Belarus, by the Belarussian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA, IO Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Borsuk, Yury (BLR).

The language of the Seminar was Russian.

Fifteen (15) participants from 2 (two) federations (BLR and RUS) participated in the Seminar and twelve (12) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
