FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Monrovia (Liberia) – Report

From 30th December 2021 to 4th January 2021, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Monrovia, Liberia, by the Liberia Chess Federation and African Chess Confederation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Nesla, Adnane (ALG), FIDE Lecturer and the Local Assistant Lecturer was FA Kpan Deckalet Mario Prosper (CIV).

The language of the Seminar was English.

Fourteen (14) participants from Liberia participated in the Seminar and ten (10) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
