FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Kuwait City, KUWAIT

From 2 to 6 June 2013 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Kuwait City, Kuwait, by the Asian Chess Federation and under auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Dr. Hesham Elgendy (EGY), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures were in Arabic language.

26 Arbiters from USA, India, Iran, Egypt and Kuwait participated in the Seminar and 16 of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and according to the article 3.10 of the regulations for the titles of Arbiters they will be awarded a norm or the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
