FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Shamkir, AZERBAIJAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 5 January 2014 in Shamkir, Azerbaijan, by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Faik Gasanov (AZE), FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be Shamkir Olympic Complex, in Shamkir.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian, with translation into Azerbaijan.
