COMMISSION for WOMEN’S CHESS 30th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar
From 12 to 17 November 2013 the 30th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Commission for Women’s Chess, under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer was WGM Martha Fierro.
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Twenty six (26) people from Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, México, Nicaragua, Cuba, Peru, Brazil, Spain, France, Bolivia, El Salvador, Chile and Honduras attended the seminar on Internet and took the examination test.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
