FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lagos, NIGERIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 7 to 11 December 2013 in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, by the Nigerian Chess Federation, in cooperation with Africa Chess Union and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Orchid Hotel in Lekki, Lagos.
The Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Alli Durotoye (NGR).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
