COMMISSION for WOMEN’S CHESS 2014 COSTA RICA FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR
The Commission for Women’s Chess in cooperation with the Costa Rica Chess Federation, is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, in Alajuela, Costa Rica, from 27 January to 2 February 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue will be in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
The Lecturer will be IA Cherafin Chuit (CUB), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
