131st Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (ENG) – Report
The 131st Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (English Chess Federation) was held from 15th to 22nd April 2023. It was organized by the English Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Bayat, Shohreh (ENG), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA Alex Holowczak (ENG).
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty-three (23) arbiters from nine (9) federations (AND, GER, GUM, IND, ISL, KEN, PER, WLS, and ENG) participated in the Seminar, and twenty-two (22) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
