FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Moscow, RUSSIA
From 2 to 5 February 2014 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Andrzej Filipowicz (POL), Chairman of the FIDE Technical Commission and FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA, Artiom Akhmetov (RUS).
Twenty five (25) National Arbiters from Russia and Turkmenistan participated in the Seminar and ten (10) of them participated in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
