FIDE Arbiters’ Commission’s 36th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in Russian language)
The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 18 to 23 February 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), Arbiters’ Commission Member and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).
The lectures will be in Russian language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
