137th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Guam Chess Federation) – Report
The 137th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Guam Chess Federation) was held from 27th to 30th July 2023. It was organized by the Guam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA Chan, Kwai Keong (HKG).
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty (20) arbiters from seven (7) federations (HKG, IND, IRI, SGP, USA, WLS, and GUM) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
