140th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PAN) – Report
The 140th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Panamanian Chess Federation) was held from 23rd to 25th September 2023. It was organized by the Panamanian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), and the Local Assistant was IA Rondon Chacon, Yolys Desiree (PAN).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Twenty (20) arbiters from ten (10) national federations (ARG, BOL, BRA, COL, ESP, MEX, PAN, PAR, PER, and VEN) participated in the Seminar, and sixteen (16) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
