FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Mexico City (MEX) – Report
From 23rd to 27th September 2023, during the World Junior Chess Championship, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Mexico City (Mexico), by the Mexico Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA de San Vicente, Sabrina (URU), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Five (5) arbiters from Mexico participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
