141th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PHI) – Report
The 141th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Philippines Chess Federation) was held from 30th September to 3rd October 2023. It was organized by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines and Asian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Abundo, Casto (UAE).
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty two (22) arbiters from seven (7) national federations (AUS, IND, KOR, MAS, SVK, VIE, and PHI) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
