128th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (POR) – Report
The 128th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (POR) was organized by the Portuguese Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was A/IO Dias, Carlos Oliveira (POR), and the Local Assistant Lecturer was be IA Rocha, Paulo (POR).
The Language of the Seminar was Portuguese.
Twelve (12) arbiters from two (2) national federations (BRA and POR) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
