165th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (KEN Chess Federation) – Report

The 165th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Chess Kenya Federation) was held from 30th August to 1st September 2024. It was organized by the Chess Kenya Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lectures was IA Nsakanya, Chanda (ZAM), Lecturer Training Program.

The Language of the Seminar was English.

Twenty three (23) arbiters from eleven (11) federations (BAN, GRE, HGK, IND, IRI, PHI, RSA, SGP, TUR, UGA and KEN) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
