FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (India) – Report
From 22nd to 24th November 2024, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, by the All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Gopakumar M S (IND), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Vasanth B H (IND), FIDE Lecturer Training Program.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty-two (22) arbiters from Indian participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
