The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 24/2/2021 to 28/2/2021 in Moscow, Russia, by the Chess Federation of Russia and Chess Federation of Moscow, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian state social university, W.Pik street, 4, Moscow.
The Lecturer will be IA, IO Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Akhmetov, Artiom (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
