The 161st Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 26/07/2024 to 28/07/2024 by the Confederation of Chess for Americas (CCA), under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bárbara López Chávez Marino (CUB), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Hernandez Bermudez, Ulises Eduardo (VEN) and IA/IO Plotinsky, Leandro (ARG).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The Lecturer will be IA/IO Alt, Ralph (GER), FIDE Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Wolter, Jens (GER), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Weber, Michael (GER).
The language of the Seminar will be German.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
