FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 6 to 10 December 2016 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar will be held parallel to the World Schools Chess Championships 2016.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Alexander Ivanov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
