FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Douz, TUNISIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized in Douz, Tunisia, from 9 to 13 January 2017, by the Tunisian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Bechir Messaoudi (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Wajdi Chouary (TUN).
The language of the Seminar will be French and Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the regulations for the titles for Arbiters
