FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tamuning, GUAM
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 28 to 31 December 2016 in Tamuning, Guam, by the Guam Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer will be IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
