FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Luso, PORTUGAL
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 27 March 2018 in Luso, Portugal, by the Portuguese Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Oliveiras Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Eduardo Viana (POR).
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The venue of the Seminar will be Inatel Luso, in Luso.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
