FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sochi, RUSSIA

seminar_logoFrom 18 to 21 April 2011 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Alexander Shaab (RUS) FIDE Lecturer and Assistant lecturers were IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and IA Mihail Krjukov (RUS).

The lectures were in Russian language.

30 National Arbiters from Russia, Moldova and Kazakhstan participated in the Seminar.

21 of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
