FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Rosenheim, Germany (August 2019) – Report
From 15th to 18th August 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Rosenheim (Germany) by the German Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Hotel Hoehensteiger in Rosenheim.
The Lecturer was IA Klaus Deventer (GER), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer were IA Ralph Alt (GER) and IA Jens Wolter (GER).
The language of the Seminar was German.
Twenty three (23) arbiters from three Federations (AUT, POL and GER) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
