FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Panama City, Panama (August 2019) – Report

From 17th to 19th August 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Panama City (Panama) by the Panama Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar was Hotel Hoehensteiger in Rosenheim.

The Lecturer was IA Barbara Lopez-Chavez Marino (CUB), FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar was Spanish.

Twenty (20) arbiters from three Federations (VEN, CUB and PAN) participated in the Seminar and nineteen (19) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

 

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
