BRAZIL 32nd INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in Portuguese language)
The Brazilian Chess federation is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 30 January to 10 February 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The Assistant Lecturer will be IA Elcio Murao (BRA).
The Technical Organizer will be GM Darcy Lima (BRA).
The lectures will be in Portuguese language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
