The Lecturer will be IA Tsai, Peter (AUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Rompin, Pahang, Malaysia (October 2019) - Report

rompin october2019 pic01From 21st to 23rd October 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Rompin, Malaysian, by the Persatuan Catur Negeri Pahang and the Malaysian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Rompin Beach Resorts Hotel in the state of Pahang.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Chan, Kwai Keong (HKG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Collin Madhavan (MAS).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Thirty three (33) arbiters from Malaysia participated in the Seminar and thirty (30) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. There were seven (7) ladies who attended, generously sponsored by the Women’s Commission (WOM).

70th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS' SEMINAR

seminar logoThe 70th Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 24/11/2019 to 29/11/2019 by the FIDE Women’s Commission (WOM), under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abdulrahim, Mahdi (UAE), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO El Husseiny, Mohamed (EGY) and the Technical Organizer will be IA/IO Prevenios, Mihail (CAN).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Note: The participation fee for women will be covered by WOM from OIC “Gender Equality” project funding.

FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Belgrade, Serbia (September 2019) - Report

belgrade september2019 pic01From 23rd to 30th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Belgrade, Serbia, by the Serbian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
Half of the seminar was held online over 4 days and a half in Belgrade during a full weekend (29-30th September).
The Lecturer was IA Bojovic, Zoran (SRB), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Baralic, Nebojsa (SRB).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation into Serbian.
Seventeen (17) arbiters from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the Seminar and sixteen (16) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
