seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized in Muscat, Oman, from 20 to 24 May 2015, by the Oman Chess Committee and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be the City Seasons Hotel in Muscat.

The Lecturer of the Seminar will be IA Dr. Hesham El Gindy (EGY), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be Ameer Al Raisi.

The language of the Seminar will be the Arabic.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the regulations for the titles for Arbiters
