FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Moscow, RUSSIA

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 5 February 2016 in Moscow, Russia, by the Moscow Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian State Social University in Moscow.

The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
